How does monthly vs annual billing work?
Monthly plans are billed every month. Annual plans are billed upfront and include a discount compared to monthly pricing.
Can I switch plans or billing intervals later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing intervals any time. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated by Stripe.
Do you charge per user or per viewer?
No. Pricing is workspace-based, so you can add teammates and share externally without per-user or per-viewer fees.
What happens when we hit included storage or bandwidth?
Uploads are blocked once included storage is exhausted until you delete files or upgrade. Storage reflects total workspace usage and does not reset monthly. Public viewer bandwidth is metered per month and resets on your monthly cycle (anchored to your subscription start date). When the limit is reached, public links pause until the cycle resets.
How do you calculate public viewer bandwidth?
We count the total bytes served to public viewers and downloads during your monthly cycle. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, CSV, and Markdown files (ppt/pptx, doc/docx, xls/xlsx/xlsm, csv, md) are served in a viewer-optimized format, and bandwidth is measured from that served file. Authenticated in-app viewing is excluded.
