How does monthly vs annual billing work?
Monthly plans are billed every month. Annual plans are billed upfront and include 30% off compared to monthly pricing.
Can I switch plans or billing intervals later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing intervals any time. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated by Stripe.
Do you charge per user or per viewer?
No. Pricing is workspace-based, so teams can add internal collaborators and share externally without per-user or per-viewer fees.
What happens when we hit included storage?
Uploads are blocked once included storage is exhausted until you delete files or upgrade. Storage reflects total workspace usage and does not reset monthly.
Is there a free trial?
Essential includes a 14-day trial with no credit card required.
What payment methods do you accept?
